Elite series 2 controller - Vibration has stopped

Hi, the vibration has stopped.

Its a 'day one' edition controller bought direct from Microsoft. Pre-order June '19. Delivered around 3-6th Nov '19.

In the settings i can still test the triggers and main -

Left trigger is sounding fine

Left main is sounding fine

Right trigger is NOT sounding fine - high pitched scream/scratch sound

Right main is sounding fine

All vibration won't work outside of the the settings test page!

It won't work on home or in-game!!!

Any ideas??

The right trigger sound is still worrying me when testing it in settings.

Its wrong.

Oh, still no vibration even after clearing Bluray Persistent storage and resetting MAC address.

Hello! Try clearing the console cache and syncing the control again, maybe it helps, good luck!

You Can change in game menu. There are also some models of controller that let you manage sensivity vibration etc. for example Xbox Elite controller series 1 and series 2

Is anyone else having an issue when playing Destiny 2 and using the Xbox Companion app to stream to pc, with regards to the vibrations no longer occurring on the Elite series 2 controller?

I've got a similar issue. I don't stream, i just play D2 on my xbox one and I've noticed that the controller will frequently stop providing vibration feedback while playing, even when the controller is fully charged. Firmware is the latest version, console
is updated, vibration settings are maxed in the controller settings and turned on in game.

Outside of the game, the vibration works as it should 100% of the time so far. But it's inconsistent in-game. It'll just stop providing feedback, usually for hours at a time.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings.

- Select Accessibility > Controller, and then select Vibration settings.

- Choose the controller you want to change and select Configure.

For an Elite or Elite Series 2, select the configuration profile you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.

For an Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn vibration on or off.
