Elite Series 2 Controller still broken

I understand this may be an old issue now as I'm seeing articles from last year but I'm still using a broken controller that Microsoft sold for nearly £200 without addressing any of the issues. My RB has now got to the point of not working at all and I have to constantly move my right thumbstick physically stop moving.

I see that Microsoft set rigorous tests on all their products and blah blah blah Zzzzzz. No, the amount of articles that are on the web about the faulty Elite controller plus all videos on YouTube showing how to 'repair' them tells me that the Microsoft QC dept needs firing. I don't want to see another PR "we are carrying out an investigation" speech. What I'd like is to see Microsoft publicly admit they sent these controllers out for sale knowing full well they weren't up to standard and were riddled with faults.

Because of this I think I'll be looking at a PS5 next.

Apologies that this isn't really a question and more of a rant but I can't see a 'report a fault' link on the Microsoft website.

So still no admission of guilt for knowingly selling faulty goods or any form of responsibility from Microsoft then?

@XBF Meryem R thank you for your link to Request an Xbox Controller Replacement. Unfortunately the link or the website appears to be broken. My controller is registered to my account yet when tI type in my controller's serial number all I see is "If you haven't registered this controller you need to do so in order to submit a service request...." message. Shocker that something else from Microsoft isn't working!

Then on a totally different subject there was the Microsoft Teams issue I had this morning where it didn't recognise my details and I had to sign in as a guest for a meeting. Have I now been blacklisted by Microsoft!?!?!

no don't buy an elite series 2 because ive had 2 brand new elite series 2 and they where both broken out of the box
