Elite Series 2 Controller still broken and so is the repair website

Once again I am here with my Elite Controller issues which has been compounded by the fact I can't even request a repair/replacement as the website doesn't appear to work or recognise my controllers serial number. I was given is this link to use to claim a repair.

Tbh I'm disappointed in the quality of the product, yes it is better than the standard controller but it's not like the standard one is totally useless. The Elite Controller is a very expensive option that went on sale with known issues that appear to have never been resolved and certainly in my case, will never be resolved because I can't even request a repair which is why I'll be switching to PlayStation when I upgrade.

Am I the only one having these issues and thoughts about Microsoft?

My advice would be to contact the live support and have the controller either repaired or exchanged from their end since you can't access the website. This will be a virtual assistant but with a few keywords like "elite controller series 2" and "broken" you will eventually be asked to provide your serial number and this will lead to chat and request a repair.

Is your controller still under warranty? If so, yes I would get it sent in as soon as possible for repair. Unfortunately, there has been many problems with the Elite Series 2 controller such as this. Best of luck.

1 month ago I send in my Elite Series 2 because it was broken.

I didnt got any response or anything around that my controller is in.

After one month still no response
