Elite Series 2 controller shuts off.

This did not work, I also noticed that if I shut off the XBOX One X it disconnects this controller and I have to reconnect it on startup. This does not happen with my other controllers just the Elite series 2 one.. I'll request a replacement

Just an update. The controller completely shuts down when only the right joystick is pressed to the upper left while clicking it at the same time. Example would be while playing Halo and trying to melee someone that is above you kills the controller and I have to either put it on the charger or plug it into the USB to get it to turn back on. I am waiting to hear from the company I bought it from before sending it in to MS.

It happens regardless of which console I have it hooked to as well as if I have it bluetoothed to a computer. The only time it doesn't happen is if I have it connected via usb-c cord.

Also, kindly check if it will work on a different device to validate if it’s the controller or there is just a setting that needs to be managed on the device that you’re using.
