    Elite Series 2 Controller Repair


    Recently I've been having trouble with my left joystick to the point where it's unplayable. I'd like to send it in for repair but every way that I've tried has been blocked through various means on this website.

    1) I'm unable to get a callback

    2) The page containing the form to fill out (after I'm prompted to check my warranty) begins loading but ultimately becomes a dead page with no clickable links

    3) Through explaining my problem with the robot chat I've been given what looks like a useable form- but the final bubble to fill out asks me for a hyphenated number that does not exist on my controller or anywhere in its box. If I try to submit the form
    it gives me a message that something went wrong on your end.

    I'm at my wits end and would like this issue to be resolved

    why are xbox one controllers so faulty and wear out fast and unreliable compared to other xbox controller generatioms

    The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

    Is your controller still under warranty? If so, yes I would get it sent in as soon as possible for repair. Unfortunately, there has been many problems with the Elite Series 2 controller such as this. Best of luck.
