    Hello all,

    I am trying to reach someone at Microsoft regarding this issue. I have been trying to get in touch with someone using the support page all day, but I don't receive any option to talk or chat with an agent, no matter what option I select. I am extremely frustrated
    at this point.

    I purchased an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller at the end of last year. I paid nearly $200 after tax. Ever since day one, I've had the following issues:

    • A and Y button not registering properly out the box
    • At least one back paddle not registering properly
    • Stick drift right out the box

    I have returned the controller on 5 separate occasions (I have the emails etc if proof is required). I am currently on my 6th controller. After having used it for just several hours over the past 2 weeks since I received it, the same issues have cropped
    up again. Specifically, the A and Y button not registering properly, and stick drift. I take great care of my controllers. I have an Elite V1 controller that still works fine outside of the well known issue with the bumpers coming off. I have a Scorpio Edition
    controller that is still working fine.

    I would really like to speak to someone at Microsoft about this issue. I don't want to return the controller for a 6th time just for these issues to pop up with the next refurb they send me. I haven't made much of a fuss about it, but this is beyond ridiculous.
    I have barely used the controller in almost a year due to these issues, and it has pretty much been a very expensive paperweight.

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.

    Is it an Elite Series 2 Controller?

    If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.

    Regarding my original post:

    I was lucky and was just able to return my controller to the original retailer location. I am very disspointed with Mircrosoft (xBox) for release a premium product such as the Elite Series 2 and having these issues! I have done a bit more research and found
    additoal report of these types of problem with the Elite Series 2.

    I have many gamers (xBox controllers) in my household... this has been a common problem with xBox controllers. Suggetion to Mircosoft they should extend the warrties on their controller with this continued wide spread issue.

    Solution for me..... I have decied to go with Scuf Gaming for my next controller.

    Its a pressure sensitive thing, I have heard of some that have an issue but its just them not being too familiar with the settings, just tweak it a bit and get past your learning curve and you should be fine. They are however working on a fix. This controller

    Some have just returned there model to just get another one. There are lemons out there because for some the controller works perfectly and others have serious issues.
