Elite series 2 controller recall

How has there not been any kind of recall or warranty extension on these $180 controllers? Thumbstick failure with in a year of purchasing is unacceptable ESPECIALLY when it cost almost as much as a console.

Support is terrible. After a week I had to call back (while waiting for a call back) only to find out my ticket was saved as a game force closing issue.

These controllers were supposed to work with the series x and half of them wont even make it to that launch due to hardware failures.

Before you ask, charged and stored in the case / casual adult gamer.

If this is what I'm getting on their top of the line product, I dont know if I'll be getting the series x in fear of other hardware failures that wont have any support from Microsoft.

Hey you advertised the elite controller to be the best n blaa blaa. Well it's not what you promised do something to fix it or let us exchange them for new, on you... we can just file a recall I guess.

The only problem with my Elite controller are the grips.

Recalls are due to.safety NOT DEFECTS.

That's like the old.claims of 360 recall which are mandatory which it wasnt

It was extended by 3 years not recalled

also elite series 2 is covered for 1 year not 90dsys

Unless a console.or a controller catches fire om it's own there would never be a recall as defects is not a safety issue unless it causes a safety issue

I can confirm that the Xbox Elite 2 controller has issues with conducting electricity through the paddles.

I am getting shocked as well.

The Xbox Elite 2 controller needs to be recalled immediately.
