Elite series 2 controller RB issue

I've been at this a while. My right bumper is having issues and i tried requesting a replacement. I get told microsoft is refusing to communicate or something after I put the serial number in, it confirms warranty and I click request replacement. My warranty
is still good. I tried contact us but, I get told there is no chat for conroller issues. This is very frustrating, i've been on xbox since xbox started. I love this controller aside from it being a total waste of $200 if I can't resolve the issue. Can a rep
please help?

I hear the RB is the main issue with Elite Series 2. For €180 I'll pass.

Pick different issue, they have it locked down so only certain things are allowed to call on.

I would say yes. A lot of elite controllers (series 1 and 2) have several manifacturing problems, the most common are RB/LB malfunctioning and sticks.

The bumpers have always been the main issue on each and every controller released and they haven’t done anything to improve it. Do you use any off-brand controllers like Scuf or Battle Beaver?

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam
