    Elite series 2 controller RB double clicking


    I have had my elite series 2 controller since august and it was working fine until about 2 weeks ago where it started double clicking when i tap the RB button. Then when I go to the Microsoft website, enter the serial number, and click the button to order
    replacement the site freezes and displays "unable to retrieve page". I spent $200 on a controller and this is the service I'm receiving? I called to order a replacement and the rep puts me on hold for 10 min, then comes back and says "sorry we are experiencing
    an issue with postage so we will call you back tomorrow". Are you serious?

    Did you email them to make a return and pay for another? Or they just replaced your previous for free?
    Mine was bought from GAME in the UK but replaced via microsoft. Sent the controller to them and they returned a new replacement (different serial #)

    Put your mouth over the RB or LB and blow as hard as you can. Worked for me.
