    ELITE SERIES 2 CONTROLLER! PLENTY OF ISSUES!


    I paid 200 dollars for this controller and it kills me that you guys are taking your time to fix the issue by either giving us a new controller or a reimbursement! I am about to lose all hope for the Xbox controllers. You guys a basically making these
    products knowing they're going to fail in a short period of time, robbing us without a gun. the left analog stick you literally have to blow in it due to the magnetic tension in order for my warzone character to move. paddles and all my buttons besides "B"
    arent working right now. i went to apply for a replacement and you guys send me to a loading screen that say "web page unresponsive"! you guys just dont want to give anyone a new controller or reimbursement.

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.
