    I have no idea what is going on, it only does this when I'm connected with Bluetooth on pc. I don't have an Xbox available to me to see if it does the same on there and it works just fine when I connect to it with a wire. Its getting quite annoying.

    SOLVED

    Xbox Accessories App have new feature to update firmware from PC. This fix the problem. Connection with app have to be via cable.

    Having the same problem evidently it is a firmware problem that can be fixed by connecting the controller to an xbox.

    Its not a hardware issue
    But the Accessories app on pc not being up to date
    so the controllers are not up to date unless you have a console!

    I'm having the exact same issue. Is this really something that requires a new controller? Aren't there settings somewhere that have buttons mapped to functions? I looked but can't find it any obvious places.
