Elite Series 2 controller not working properly.

I purchased an Elite Series 2 in December. The controller had some drift with the right stick but never bothered me or has messed up my gaming while playing. My issue is with the RB. It does not register when I press it. LB is starting to do it but functions
8 out of 10 times that I press it. Also, when I went to use the paddles to replace the function of RB, I found out that P1 does not work at all. When I press it there is no click sound or feel. P2 has a minor click sound and works most of the time like LB.
I'm finding out about this months after the warranty has expired for my controller. I called customer support and they said I would have to pay $99 to service the controller. A controller that was messed up right out of the box as I'm finding out now. Now
itxs got me thinking what other buttons are going to mess up before I have one full year with this controller? What can be done because this is ridiculous. No even a year into it with this $200 controller and it breaks down on me. Can anyone help me out please?

I called support and they said I would either have to buy a new controller (****) or pay $99 dollars for fixing it. So basically a $300 controller that I'm looking at. I told customer service that I want to speak to a manager. They said a manager would
contact me within 72 hours. I don't play much. I was hoping this controller would've lasted me at least 3 years. I had the first Elite controller and the rubber parts came off along with major stick drift on both sticks. My Elite Series 2 has stick drift but
nothing that effects my play, even on fps games. It's the bumpers and paddles functions that are messed up. I want to buy the new Xbox Series X. I was looking forward to pairing it up with my Elite Series 2 controller. Now I'm having second thoughts.

Hey. Were you offered an extended warranty? Did you know you had that option? I wasn't offered and didn't even know. I am having similar issues. I purchased my first elite controller series 2, end of April, its slowely failing. I have loose left thumb stick,
with a drift, and buttons are becoming unresponsive. 200$ for this controller, less than 5 months of owning and its malfunctioning. Nothing worse than controller drift when you play fps games, or try to carefully navigate games...

I can't find a way to voice my disappointment or write reviews. Pretty awful product to charge $200 for, with such awful support.

Have you tried getting support in this matter via phone or chat? I can't. No option. I called and the automated service have me no other option than to go online. I went online and i was told there are no options for online chat or phone support for the
controller.

My xbox turns on but the thing is it wont connect to my tv or neither my controller, and when i try turning it off by the x button it wont turn off unless i disconnect it from the back or cord.

They don't connect to TVs. And I believe that if it's plugged in it will stay on

A class action law suit is needed. This is ridiculous. This planned obsolescence controller is crazy.
