    Hey all,

    I spent the $180 last winter to pick up the Elite Series 2 because the back buttons changed my gaming life. Last week, my left bumper stopped working completely (to say nothing of the left thumb stick drift). I tried to contact Customer Support, who told
    me my device was no longer under warranty (after asking for my device serial number.) Believing that my device was no longer under warranty, I turned to YouTube to fix my problem. This didn't solve my issue, but days later Microsoft has extended the warranty
    and my device doesn't seem to be covered anymore.

    Does anyone have any information how to get involved with this class action lawsuit? I was planning on buying the new Xbox, but this has me drawing a line. Any help would be much appreciated.

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.
