    ELITE SERIES 2 CONTROLLER EXCHANGE


    I have just recently sent my Elite Series 2 Controller for exchange under warranty to the Frankfurt service center by UPS tracked delivery service. The controller was delivered last Wednesday (17/06/20) and the delivery note states that it was left at the
    "Dock" and received by "Weber".

    For some reason the order status has not been updated on my profile to show that they have received the item from me (which is slightly worrying considering you only get 30 days to complete an order) and is still at the shipping stage from myself.

    I have tried multiple times to get through to Xbox support by phone (just hangs up after a speech) and by trying to request a call back from the online automated support which constantly tells me that it cannot connect me to the service.

    Has anyone else been in the same situation and can provide me with any info on how to get in touch with support to chase this up? Pretty frustrating considering the controller was £160.

    Is it an Elite Series 2 Controller?

    If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.
