    Elite Series 2 controller bluetooth issue


    Hi,

    I have bought a new Elite Series 2 controller and I am experiencing exactly the same problem as described in: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/elite-series-2-controller-bluetooth-issue/3d50cc4b-5753-420a-9605-f16a3e05214e?auth=1&page=3
    (and various Reddit Posts, etc).

    I updated to the latest firmware and also disabled energy management on my onboard Intel wireless bluetooth controller.

    Has this issue ever been fixed?

    (I have about 6 different bluetooth controllers connected to the same PC as it is my main game machine and none of them _ever_ had a single connection problem)

    How is this ok?

    The elite series one controller never had Bluetooth so you would've received exactly what you ordered if you need Bluetooth you need a new edition standard controller or an elite series 2

    The Elite controllers never had Bluetooth capabilities until the release of the Elite Series 2, which was October 2019.

    the elite controller series 2 has Bluetooth compatibility and is therefore compatible with windows 10 too. the first release of the elite controller was before xbox was integrated into windows 10, therefore there was no need at the time for Bluetooth.
