    Elite series 2 controller and Bluetooth


    I have a new elite series 2 Xbox controller which I use to play Fortnite on a Windows 11 PC.

    However; when I play via Bluetooth, my character is uncontrollable, and any move that l make results in an extremely exaggerated reaction of my character on screen (for example; looking left results in my character spinning around half a dozen times!) . This makes the game unplayable.

    I connected the controller to my PC via a wired connection and configured a profile through the Xbox accessories app. This works perfectly if l keep the wired connection when playing Fortnite.

    However when I go back to Bluetooth l cannot access the profile and the controller becomes uncontrollable again.

    Is it possible to access my configured profile using Bluetooth? (as l don't want to be tethered to my PC when playing).

    How is this ok?

    The elite series one controller never had Bluetooth so you would've received exactly what you ordered if you need Bluetooth you need a new edition standard controller or an elite series 2

    The Elite controllers never had Bluetooth capabilities until the release of the Elite Series 2, which was October 2019.

    the elite controller series 2 has Bluetooth compatibility and is therefore compatible with windows 10 too. the first release of the elite controller was before xbox was integrated into windows 10, therefore there was no need at the time for Bluetooth.
