ELITE SERIES 2 CONSTANTLY UNPAIRING

I have had the series 2 since launch and here lately while playing the controller just magically unpairs and the screen comes up " Your controller is no longer active" I have to sit there for almost a minute and then it repairs with the console and works
again. No one will talk to me in customer service and I am about to return it. Is there anyone else out there getting this message?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

in warranty repair.

My contorrel elite 2 and not working.

This controller sucks. It is constantly unpairing from the xbox. for $200 this thing should just WORK

Hello xPandaSanx,

Have you connected your Xbox Elite Series 2 controller to anything else? If so, remove it from there, unpair it from your PC.

If you haven't already, download the Xbox Accessories App for the PC, connect your Elite Series 2 controller via USB-C and update the controller. (Make sure your PC is up to date too). After it's updated, then try pairing it via Bluetooth again.
