    I have seen enough. I don't know what Microsoft wants these people to suffer for, but when you buy a 180$ CONTROLLER that advertises how durable and strong the controller will last with normal usage. YOU WOULD EXPECT it to work for at least a year or more.
    In the video titled "How the Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Works" at only 54 seconds in he says "Better bumper durability". IN THE SAME VIDEO THEY SHOW YOU HOW THEY TEST the controllers and it says "Fixtures and machinery that allows us to, in a shorter
    amount of time, run trough an entire lifetime of usage on our controller." Well that's odd because the controller that came with my original Xbox one seems to be a absolute beast compared to the 3 ELITE SERIES 2 CONTROLLERS I'VE HAD TO BUY because the bumpers
    double click! The saddest part is its not just me it's multiple people and while I am a huge fan of Microsoft, it sucks to see all these people looking for help with no answer. Multiple people say well why don't you use your warranty well it Ended
    on 7/28/2020. Which is what has happened every time I buy this controller! The warranty is just out of reach when the controller starts acting up! Thankfully Walmart has accepted the last 2 controllers and gave us money back, Unlike Microsoft where
    you cant get to a single human and by the time you do... Oh looks like your warranty is over sorry goodbye. It baffles me how many questions have been locked about this topic too! Left and right locked you cant comment saying anything like yeah I also have
    that problem with my 180$ controller that should last longer than 6 months before it starts messing up. If anyone at Microsoft is reading this please just listen to us and give us something this is supposed to be a high quality controller. If their is anyway
    I can just trade mine out or anything expect buying a new one every single 6 months that would be amazing! Also if anyone has any other problems with the controller that you didn't create like you dropped it and the trigger broke. Please say something. If
    you broke your controller that's on you, but I know multiple people who have had this problem or things related to it and they didn't damage the controller in anyway.

    MATE you are a LEGEND!!! My LB button stopped working so I simply blew as hard as I can in the gap whilst pressing it down, now it works like new again. I am guessing food gets inside the small gaps and causing it to stop working. Thank you so much.. not

    Hey, I’ve had a very similar issue over the past couple of days. My favorite game is Rocket League, I play it all the time. When you are in the air, you can tilt your car left or right by “air rolling”. I had this “air rolling” command bound to my elite
    series 2’s LB button. That LB button just recently started acting up. I would jump into the air and it would take a half a second to actually start air rolling. I went to the xbox accessories app and tested the LB button. Sure enough, it took a second to actually
    register the click. This controller is extremely expensive, and my warranty ended a few months ago, so i started looking for a fix. I came across someone saying,”blow into the hole between the bumper and the trigger”. Several people were saying this. I didn’t
    think it’d work, and I was correct, it didn’t..by itself. I then tried rapidly pressing LB while blowing, and it seems to be working properly now. Hope this helped. I’ll be updating this response if the LB button decides to stop working again. If you are reading

    nope there's no update. I haven't even seen microsoft acknowledge this issue even though so many people are having issues

    Just send it to Microsoft through online warranty repair. They will send you another controller which will then develop the same issue within weeks. Either you have to buy 2 of these things and rotate them or you dont have a controller for 10-14 days.
    This issue is truly infuriating and I think I’m about to give up on the Elite v2 because I’m definitely not willing to buy 2 of a product that has such a major design flaw. This is the worst kind of service and this should have been addressed by at least
    December when the problem had already been widely reported. Now nearly 5 months later they still send us controllers that have this issue every time.

    My Elite 2 RB just began having this issue today. It also doesn’t respond every time it is pressed. I play Black Desert Online and my characters combos rely heavily on RB to perform. I was hoping the Elite 2 would solve the issues i was having with
    bumpers, but at 2 months of use it has failed as well..... very disappointed
