    Elite Series 2 bumper not registering


    I've had my Elite Series 2 about six months now, and honestly it hasnt seen a lot of use as I've been on my PC mostly, but the right bumper is already starting to go out. It doesnt register the input about 50% of the time, leaving me standing around after
    one light attack in Dark Souls 3, being eaten by a mimic.

    I went through three Elite Series 1 controllers due to hardware malfunction/quality control, I was really hoping that the Series 2 was going to be better, since I love the way the controllers feel.

    Does anyone have a possible fix for this, or is it going to be a "send it in and pay $100" kind of situation? These controllers are so expensive, it isn't exactly easy to replace.

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

    Elite Controller Bumpers

    Yeah the Elite Series 2 was basically improved from feedback of users of the Elite Series 1

    Many problems were fixed including the bumpers and the grip that also came loose after some time

    Hope to get an Elite Controller one day :)

    Used elite first gen for years and just got good at replacing broken bumpers. I had high hopes for the elite 2 but sadly my elite 2 right bumper clicks but doesnt register input most of the time after only 2 months.

    submitted warranty claim, and will have them replace it - but even though i prefer the feel of the sticks and triggers on the msft controller, i am switching to razor wolverine.

    not matter how good it feels if a contoller doesnt control, its worthless.

    Series 2 Elite controller- any specifics on improvements regarding known problems?

    I was disappointed in the Elite when my bumper buttons broke. Also the rubber grips coming off as well. Hopefully these issues are & will be fixed for series 2.

    I'm sorry to here that sadly I had my elite series 2 controller do the same thing, it started with the x button and then the bumpers, I noticed stick drift of both the sticks, sadly when I went to the store to exchange it for another one they had no
    elite series 2 controllers in stock, I switched to the Razer wolverine ultimate edition and so far its a great controller
