    Elite Series 2 Bumper Issues


    The right bumper on my Elite 2 is intermittently not responding. Every time I go to request a replacement, I'm taken to a broken link. Is there any other way to request a repair or replacement?

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

    Series 2 Elite controller- any specifics on improvements regarding known problems?

    I was disappointed in the Elite when my bumper buttons broke. Also the rubber grips coming off as well. Hopefully these issues are & will be fixed for series 2.

    Yeah the Elite Series 2 was basically improved from feedback of users of the Elite Series 1

    Many problems were fixed including the bumpers and the grip that also came loose after some time

    Hope to get an Elite Controller one day :)

    Im having trouble with my bumbers activating twice when it is only pushed once. This is unplayable and game changing. Is there anyway I could fix this?
    You can try very gently to try to clean the space between the bumpers and the controller.

    Xbox Elite Series 2 bumper issues.

    This is a Series 2 controller and has the same faulty bumpers and buttons as the Series 1. I was hoping that Microsoft was giving loyal customers a break and extending the warranty periods out to cover these common issues on the Series 2 $180 isn't exactly
    cheap.
