    Elite series 2 Bluetooth issues


    I've recently purchased an elite 2 controller and while it works beautifully plugged directly I've encountered a strange issue. pressing the A button acts as though I'm pressing the centered Xbox button. Or, if the game bar option to have that key open the game bar is disabled it functions as a play/pause or volume button. I assume this is a software issue due to it functioning correctly while plugged but help would be greatly appreciated

    How is this ok?

    The elite series one controller never had Bluetooth so you would've received exactly what you ordered if you need Bluetooth you need a new edition standard controller or an elite series 2

    The Elite controllers never had Bluetooth capabilities until the release of the Elite Series 2, which was October 2019.
