Elite Series 2 - 5 months old - Bad Drifr

Hi All

i have had my controller for 5 monthes. I recently have started to experience drift and it has gotten exponentially worse now that when I play FPS is moves on its own. Now what are my options?

after spending 250.00 , and with The economic situation right now, I can not afford the 125 replacement option from microsoft. I bought it directly from microsoft too, please tell me there is a repaor service or method i can try?

i tried firmware wipe and compressed air.

unfortunately the elite controllers are all 90 days in Canada.

If you bought from Microsoft online, you can check the warranty left on your device by going to the link below, clicking on the Elite Series 2 controller and looking below it on the new tab to see how long the warranty is for

you will be able to book it in with microsoft for a replacement under warranty, so you wont have to pay out again

Thank you kindly for the reply, despite buying the device on Nov 2019, it is out of warranty, I registered it with the device registry and Microsoft told me so, I will try to call them I guess. I am in Canada.

The controllers usually have a 12 months warranty in which you can submit a warranty claim on the product
