Elite return

Discus and support Elite return in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I sent off my Elite 2 and they sent me back a brand new one today. Yay.     So I sent off my Elite 2 and they sent me back a brand new one today. Yay. But I didnt realize that by accessories they meant to take off the paddles. So I have a new Elite that came with no thumbsticks, D-Pad, or any paddles. I had no idea that's how
    it would be sent out. I can use the other optional D-Pad and thumbsticks. But anyone know how to get new paddles sent?

    You could try calling microsoft and explaining what happened. Good luck and hope you manage to get it sorted out.

    If you have the elite title, red/blue skull and double xp but not recieved the founder title(a little different from normal elite title) and skull here is what to try i just done it and worked for me load up the game and access elite through that once in
    elite return to the game using the option on the sidebar on returning to the game you should have your unlocks if it doesnt happen dont worry just wait and try later
