Elite dangerous not recognizing purchase

Hi Guys,

We're currently looking into this issue. This is an error that has appeared since the latest update. Please do not re-purchase, as this will not solve the issue, and you'll have to contact Microsoft for a refund on your new copy.

Same issue here, I do believe there is a fix in process. Xbox support was extremely helpful troubleshooting and verifying that there was work being done to update this.

i am also having this issue when i researched this issue on final frontier forums it appears to be a bug and there working on a patch

Purchased the Elite: Dangerous game

Hey there Gonkulator,

Thanks for the replies. I went ahead and did a little research, it seem Elite Dangerous: Horizons Extra Edition is an expansion and season pass. In order to play it you will need to have purchase the base game :

Elite Dangerous.
