Elite Dangerous license replaced by Elite Dangerous Physics Engine license

Hi,

Guys, I need help on this case. I bought, back in 20/08/2015, the game Elite Dangerous and last week I downloaded the free content called Elite Dangerous Physics Engine.

I tried to install the game again to play once more after the DLC, but it wasn't showing on my ready to install list, in the store it's asking me to buy it again. The game isn't between my hidden installations (RT+LT+Y).

The Order Number for this purchase is 567172081640797429.

Could you guys help me?

Having the same issue.

Noticed this morning whilst clearing out some space and I find that Elite: Dangerous has been replaced by the unplayable physics engine.

Saying I have to pay for the game in xbox store rather than allowing me to download it. Not happy

Assuming this is similar to issues regarding the update spoken about in the forums a few days back. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been experiencing the same issue as well. I bought the early access version of the game and recently uninstalled it for the first time recently. When attempting to go back and install it, the game was replaced by the Elite Dangerous physics engine.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Hey guys,

We're working with Microsoft at the moment to solve the issues you guys are having, please don't purchase the game again if you've played it before!

In a lot of cases you may find that reinstalling the 'Physics Engine' will enable you to play it, which should mean you can play without an issue. It may take a few more days but in most cases your store page should reflect your existing ownership of the
game too

How was it fixed Flavio. Go the same problem here. Hace put a post out on the ED support forum, also just chatting with MS support. I can't seem to get into solo mode or any other mode other than training or CQC.

Thanks CMDR Vanguard. I wrote a ticket yesterday morning, still waiting for a reply. I have included the full 2hr transcript I spent with MS Support. After buying the game again, now paid £55 for it, it worked, I checked open mode, I was docked, had a quick
check, all fine. Got home from work and it's gone again. Xbox store saying I need to buy the game, or at least not acknowledging I own it. Any other game tells me I already own it if I go to buy it again. The game is in my library " Elite Dangerous Physics
Engine ", with a " Arena Mode " add on. I have cleared my cache, done a hard reset, cleared the persistent memory from my blu ray drive, deleted my gamer tag, re installed my gamer tag, deleted the game, re installed the game, bought the game twice, re installed
it again this morning. Still a no no. I have spent £55 on it, spent at least 5 hours messing about with al this lot. MS will be reimbursing the rebuy, still waiting for that. My ticket number is 00000113705. I don't want to be one of those belligerent gamers
who comes on and rants into the ether for the fun of it, you seem to be the only official support from Frontier who has come forward so I appreciate that. Please sort this out for me dude, the Horizons pack is out tomorrow and I'd love to get to grips with
the game again.
