    Hi everyone,

    I just tried to buy the Elite: Dangerous Commander Deluxe Edition, but unfortunately it won't let me download the original game.

    It downloaded the Elite Dangerous: Commander Pack and the Horizons Season Pass, but not the original game, or the physics engine, even though it showed it as part of the bundle. When I clicked on the physics engine picture it said that it was only part of
    the Elite Standard and Arena edition, so maybe that connection in the Store isn't established yet?

    Tech support was very helpful and went through all kinds of steps with me to get the game working, but it didn't. I got a refund, but I'd still like to get that Deluxe Bundle some time!

    So if anyone had the same problem or if anyone knows when, or if it will be fixed I'd be very happy about a reply to this thread! Elite: Dangerous Commander Deluxe Edition - Download Issues :)

    Hey there MLGxTROLL,

    You could purchase the
    Elite Dangerous: Horizons Season Pass     which is currently $29.99 USD in the Xbox Store. This would include the Horizons expansion DLC, but doesn't include the Elite Dangerous: Commander Pack DLC which as you mentioned includes paint jobs for different
    ships.

    The only way to get the Commander Pack DLC though is to purchase the whole Commander Deluxe Edition and we couldn't speculate if that content will be available separately. You'll need to contact the developer/publisher for more information on that.

    Buying a different version of a digital download game

    I bought elite dangerous when it was on the early access program and now Im thinking about buying horizons but I want to buy the Commander Deluxe edition. Is there any way I could get a discount or something for already owning the core game instead of paying
    the full price of $59.99 just to get a dlc and some ship skins?

    Thanks for the replies. I went ahead and did a little research, it seem Elite Dangerous: Horizons Extra Edition is an expansion and season pass. In order to play it you will need to have purchase the base game :

    Elite Dangerous    .
