Grips already coming off this piece of crap. Glad i have stayed with Microsoft this long. Should of know by now that you guys make inferior products. Paid $150 for an "Elite Controller" the only elite thing about it was the price tag. Might as well go join
the Sony train.

Elite controllers are garbage

do not buy the elite controller it has the same junk analog stick from the regular controller,I have had 2 drift on me,doing a you tube video warning people not to buy them and demand a full refund,going to contact pa attorney General to get this on record
and explore a class action lawsuit!

I get you're mad and feel ripped off but do you really need to bring in the attorney general? I'm pretty sure he/she is gonna turn you down for something so simple and unimportant. Just complain to Microsoft and get your refund. You're making this a bigger
deal than it needs to be.

If your controller is still within warranty, you can register the serial and schedule a repair here:
https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Depending on how soon it's been since you've started having problems, you can also check with your retailer if you are still within their policy for an exchange or refund.

Wanna hear a joke? MSFT ties the Elite controller that was bundled to the system warranty (Elite console and Elite controller) even if you already replaced one controller, which I've done, they don't reset the warranty or have a separate warranty for the controller,
which I find incredibly poor customer service for two separate hardware pieces.

Unboxed my Series X in October. Stick drift within a month. My Xbox 360 Elite controller still works flawlessly after nearly 15 years.

The new controllers are garbage.
