Elite controller ver 2

Discus and support Elite controller ver 2 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Anyone know who can repair these?     Anyone know who can repair these?

    I got it brand new beginning of the year and the RB is playing up, i have to proper press it in to work and isnt great with some games as its used to reload, i tried CEX but they only do ver 1.

    Elite ver.2 ghosting

    For some reason, I was able to register my Series 2 under my Microsoft account when I bought it. I can go in a request a replacement from there, but not through the Xbox support site where it tells me the serial number doesn't exist.

    Try logging into your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com , register your controller under devices if you haven't, and hope it recognizes you have the extended warranty when you request a replacement

    Actually no .... shortly thereafter "B" button is taking screenshots. Fortunately I also own an Xbox One X, so I decided to connect the Elite to it and lo and behold!! I triggered a firmware update for the controller!! Not sure why Windows 11 Accessories app didn't see that when connected with usb c. (I am on the dev channel with 11). Anyway we'll see if that sorted it. Thanks for sticking with me on this!! Stay tuned....

    That's weird, for some reason it might be mapped to take screenshots with the B button. Have you tried remapping it on the accessories' app on your PC?
