    has anyone else experienced this where your NEW Elite controller V2 just keeps randomly D/C during games ?

    is there any known solutions?

    is microsoft aware of this problem?

    any information would be greatly appreciated?

    Has this happen only with one console or are you using it with a pc as well? Do you have any object that can obstruct the connection?
    There is nothing obstructing the connection my controller is perhaps a meter away from my console and it is used only in my XBOX ONE X SCORPIO my other controllers have no problem including elite Controller v1

    Xbox Series X Suggestion

    Since the Elite v2 the controllers going forward will have Type C format, I dont see them going back to the old model to be honest.
