    Elite controller stops working


    I brought this controller from game stop last Dec? It stopped working in September 2016. The warranty with Game stop was 3 months so American Express said they could not they could not honor the extended warrant beyond 3 months.

    How do I buy 150 controller and it doesn't work at all? I need to know what the warranty is on this elite controller so I can go back to American Express about it. If the warranty is longer then they may help me.

    Xbox Elite Controller grips peeling

    The super glue thing didn't work, grips kept peeling. Bought the Scuff replacement panels and a week later the right bumper button stops working. Really wanted to like the elite, but went and bought a Patrol Tech controller. Not wasting anymore time and
    money on this so called elite controller.

    Yes, exactly. This has happens with my system, in different games and with different controllers.

    so basically, the way the trigger-stops work on the elite 1 is different than how it works on elite 2.

    It's a little bit annoying to spend this much money for a "premium" controller and have these issues.

    I'm having the same issue. My elite 2 works fine even in the game pass app, I can use the thumb sticks to select a game, but when the game starts the thumb sticks and dpad stop working...

    Other controllers work, just not the elite 2. It's not very elite it seems. Would love a fix for this!
