Elite controller, service

Hi,

As the complaint department has no email or a way to contact them. I turn to this forum now.

I've bought a xbox elite controller, that appeared to have an issue.



After contacting support, they would replace it. They send me a link, how i should pack it, that noted, my warranty would be voided, if i didn't pack it well enough and it would be damaged during transport. It clearly states, what Microsoft dictates as correctly
packed. I had doubts about sending it in, but i was assured it would be packed correctly.

After some time, i did receive the new controller but it was packed in a paper bag with some bubble wraps.



This isn't something one would expect a device of this price, would be wrapped in.

This is not what someone would expect, after the clear statement of Microsoft. How to wrap when shipping to them. I expect to receive the same from them.

This wasn't what i agreed on, when someone explained me, the controller would be shipped.

After this, i contacted support again, as the controller had the same issue and the menu button, didn't work all the time. They would replace it again.

I asked that it would be boxed.

I receive the new package, in the same bubble wrap bag and it contains a charge cable and batteries.

Iḿ almost at a month now, to receive what i paid for, without any luck and about to ship the controller again. Were support explained me, it will be shipped in the same paper bag again.

My statement and question is pretty straight forward. I want the product i did pay for, working correctly and shipped in an acceptable package.

I think the way this is handled, just is wrong and I'm asking for your help and service. What can be done, with this issue?
