    Preordered your elite controller series 2 day of announcements now it is shipping on the 8th of November instead of the 4th ?? Why preorder if your not going to honor your side of the deal terrible sales practice ....already bought 2 elite controller
    series 1 both are broken haven't been able to play for months hearing that I have to wait longer really makes me sour on ordering your new console which I have bought every console day one version of all but really thinking twice about who to buy threw since
    you dont understand sales so should I go threw AMAZON because your store is not good at being honest with costumers who support your ecosystem that's why AMAZON is in the spot they are they understand sales I could get a controller from them right now on
    the date you original promised and this is months after your announcement .........your store makes no sense if this is how preordering a physical object months in advance day of announcement means you ship it when is more convenient for you. WHY PREORDER
    if it means nothing????

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
