    Elite Controller Series 2 Warranty:


    So I’ve had the elite controller series 2 for about 8 days now, I bought it from Target for my birthday and I asked for the 3-Year warranty, which I got, but I’m not exactly sure how to apply it. The lady who had rung me up seemed like she didn’t know
    what she was doing exactly but after I paid, as she was handing my recipt and changed, she told me to go to the link on the ricipt to redeem my warranty which I’ve tried to do multiple different times but it just took me somewhere to pay for something else.
    The website was Square Trade, I’m not familiar with that website at all so I’m not sure what to do. And I would like to redeem this soon because I didn’t choose to pay an extra $40 for nothing.

    They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help

    I would recommend an Elite series 2 WITH A WARRANTY. The series 2 is a nice controller to own but has a history of breaking down at the worst times. If you get an extended warranty it will make the purchase worth it.
