Elite controller series 2 trigger problems

Ive had my elite controller 2 for just shy of a week now and I'm already having problems. The controller has started rattling, there are no obvious signs as to how this happened as I have not dropped the controller. The biggest issue is the right trigger-stop
feels loose when the tigger is pressed the tigger reaches the stop then sounds like its grinding against something and is able to move slightly, this does not happen for the left trigger no matter how hard I press it. the trigger works around 95% fo the time
but I have noticed it not registering presses occasionally for the right trigger only. I am concerned for the longevity of this product, I've owned it for less than a week and it already feels like its starting to break. does anyone know of a fix for this
issue or will I have to exchange my controller?

I have had the same issue with like 3 of these Controllers and the A button was messed on first controller but why can i not use my Elite series 2 that costed more then the Price of Gold on Trigger Setting 3 it wont acknowledge the triggers being clicked
only on setting 3 tightest triggers setting i mean damn i paid 230$ Canadian for this thing and had nothing but problems with it please help how do i get brand new elite series 2 triggers to actually work on setting 3 this is False Advertisement and a Lawsuit
is in order here. .... second elite 2 i had and just replaced kept randomly disconnecting also..

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..

I would suggest you exchange it for another. Hopefully the new one will be better. I have one and I may exchange it as well. Mine has some A button sticking and some left stick drifting.

Go to Amazon then Your orders, find the controller order, select Return or replace items and replace defective item. Wait for the replacement then send old one back. Just make sure to return old one before the date it shows.

Or select the order and have Amazon call you if you want to talk to a person to resolve the exchange.
