    Hello,

    I purchased an Elite Controller Series 2 back in January 2020. My plan was to start using it once my original Elite controller became unusable. After returning home from a long time away with family during this pandemic I began to use the fresh Series
    2 controller. Only to find that the Y and A buttons often do not register on pressing them. After researching, I have found this to be a known common issue.

    Considering this is a barely used $180 product, I would like to send it in for repair/replacement. There is no option on your website to contact customer support via phone. Is there any way I can send this defective unit back?

    Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

    Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

    Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.
