    Elite Controller Series 2 Repair


    I have an elite series 2 controller that is out of warranty. Both the left and right bumpers have stopped working, and there is severe left hand drift that I constantly have to correct. I have been unable to find any information on getting the controller repaired or replaced since it is out of warranty. Even though I purchased the controller less than a year ago.

    why are xbox one controllers so faulty and wear out fast and unreliable compared to other xbox controller generatioms

    The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

    Is your controller still under warranty? If so, yes I would get it sent in as soon as possible for repair. Unfortunately, there has been many problems with the Elite Series 2 controller such as this. Best of luck.

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..
