Elite controller sent to service centre (IN Germany) - Where is it now?

I sent my Elite controller to the service centre, (Correctly printed label etc) and UPS say it was delivered on the 28th May. However, my order information on Microsoft site say it is yet to be received at the service centre??

Is it there, or is it not, or is it s Covid19 delay??

How can I find out as none of the contact options cover this?

I would give it a few more days. There are Covid19 delays in almost every service center at the moment. If you have the confirmation / delivery receipt from UPS, I don't think you have much to worry about (other than a bit of a delay.) If the status isn't
updated next week, I would suggest contacting the MS Service Center by phone and asking them to check if the controller has been received.

I believe theres a covid 19 delay but you can try to contact ups support to see if they know more info about this

Ups can get confused with orders it could still be in the ups truck waiting to be delivered. If not call ups to find out where your controller is
