Elite controller sent for repair with accessories - came back alone.

Hello,

I asked for a repair on my Elite controller 2. When I went online, it said to pack only the controller but I asked the person at shipping and was told to bring the box and everything, so I did.

I got my controller back without the accessories - I have been trying to reach someone but the support keeps sending me to the virtual agent, which doesn't understand what I need.

Who do I talk to? How do I get this resolved?

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Unfortunately, the support person you originally spoke to did give incorrect information. Hopefully support can rectify it, but there is no guarantee they will ship anything back that was sent in.

the warranty is typically 90 days in the states for accessories and 90 days from the day you receive your controller back from the repair center.

Try and contact support again and see if they will be able to create another repair order for you to send your controller back into them.

If your controller is out of warranty you can still get it repaired, however shipping and the repair won't be free. You can find steps on servicing your Elite Controller right here

A long time ago when my 360 elite got rrod and was sent away for a warranty repair, it came back with a code for a month of xbox live in the box!
