Elite Controller Rubber Grips keep peeling off.

I love my Elite controller, best accessory I ever bought function-wise BUT, as mentioned above, every few months the rubber grips start to detach. I can't re-seat them, perhaps because the rubber gets stretched out of shape. Spoke to fellow gamers, they
have had the same problem. I do not abuse my controller, have never even dropped it - but I am tired of having to replace it and give retailers more money for extended warranties.

At $200+ I expect a unit like this to be far more durable. Are you aware of this problem? Is a fix in the works? I have one I didn't have an extended warranty on I could send to you for R&D if you pick up the shipping/customs etc.

Please Advise.

Oh and the replacement panels don't fix when the rubber grips on the bottom of the controller start peeling. The Elite controller was a great idea, but poorly executed.

peel them both off. It feels fine you'll forget about it inside 1 day. Microsoft doesnt care or theyd have done something about it as this problem happens to everyone. Ever notice you can buy an extended warranty for just about everything?
Its cause they are confident it wont break. Notice theres no extended warranty on this junk, its cause they KNOW that they fall apart and it would cost to much giving almost everyone a second controller as everyone would send them back WHEN they break cause
its not a question of 'IF'. Im a grown adult, I take excellent care of my stuff. My elite had problems inside 2 months and continue getting worse 10 months later. Dont buy the eliite controller, its not worth the money because they fall apart

Sorry to see any issues with your Elite controller! We don't have any processes set up for R&D for out of warranty devices at this time. However, I do suggest you head over to the
Feedback site to search for Elite controller suggestions. You will want to look for things like longer warranties, or anything having to do with the rubber grips. Once you find those types of suggestions,
give them a vote! If you don't see it, please do post up the suggestion yourself and work to gather the votes. (Note our Forum Guidelines below, we do not allow self-promotion of Feedback items on our forums, but feel encouraged to share it with your fellow

If you do happen to notice the peeling before 90 days after your purchase, keep the receipt so that you can get a replacement through our
phone or chat support. They will be able to help you out to avoid using your extended warranty with the retailer you purchase from, meaning you could get 2 replacements out of one controller.
