    Elite controller,rubber grips came off again


    Hi, I own the elite controller . For second time the grips unglued again . The first time you replace my controller but now it's impossible to speak with someone here in support. Whatever I choose it always direct me to how to guides.

    I can't go to any Microsoft store because we don't have any here in Greece.

    It should be there if you go the right process to reach, Please try to log into xbox.com or you can go via Mircosoft account and go through warranty and service request via that route :).

    If your still in warranty Xbox Support can look in to it. I think controllers only have 3 month thought
