Elite controller - Right stick input at neutral position

Probably stick drift issues. Contact support to shi it in for a repair

I've bought the Xbox One Elite Bundle recently too and I've noticed a slight aim dragging that's been going on with my elite controller. My right thumb stick would drift to the right ever so slightly whenever I rest my thumb on neutral position. It's really
hard to aim with precision if my aiming always goes to the right all the time. You can really notice this when you mess with the xbox sensitivity on the sticks via the xbox elite controller app. I mean, isn't this suppose to be an "Elite" controller? It's
been bothering me a whole lot but luckily I have an extra wired controller until I have to wait for a replacement.

Anyways, to the topic creator, you should be able to send in a replacement for the controller for free. It's still under warranty. Just make sure you have everything like the paddles, extra sticks, the plug-n-play wire, and d-pad when you return it.

I have 2 Day One Controllers, 2 AW LTD, 2 Regular, 1 White, 1 Titanfall, and now 2 Elites. Every one of those controllers have some sort of sticking issue. I was hoping paying a premium would get a better controller, boy was I wrong. Those controllers at
least have some mileage on them.

I use my brand new elite controller day one and the right thumb stick is already sticking to the right and slowing turning the camera when it should be in the neutral position.

I'm starting to feel like your biggest profit line (accessories) are being made to break and require new purchases regularly. I don't understand how all of my 360 controllers can still be working flawlessly and these are wearing out in less than a year.

There isn't a sensitivity control, but the analog sticks are fairly sensitive and take some getting used to! Another thing to check, make sure that the sticks are in the neutral position when the controller is turned on. Let me know if that helps.

That's controller drift. That happens when your analog stick starts to wear out and doesn't snap back to the neutral position on its own. It shouldn't happen with a new one, unless your new one is a used controller or is simply defective.
