    Elite controller repair issue


    My elite controller began having stick drift about a month after purchasing. I submitted a ticket to have this sent in and repaired but unfortunately I was unable to get to a post office and do this within the 30 days allowed for a service repair package
    slip.

    I just went online today, planning on cancelling this order and placing a new one. I was able to cancel the order, but it appears that making a new repair order is no longer an option for me. What can I do to start this process over again. I also see that
    my warranty looks like it reset so the system likely believes that I have a new controller with a new warranty which is false.

    What can I do to fix this?

    I see, it's not, indeed. But Microsoft offers repair services for the Elite 2 controllers. But you have the option to take it to a repair store also, for them to analyze your controller, it might be a hardware issue indeed. :/

    Hi. Sorry to here you are having problems with your Elite controllers. I have had an Elite controller for over a year with no issues at all, so they aren't all bad. It still feels like new despite the hammering it gets. Good look with the repair.
