Discus and support ELITE Controller. Model: 1698 ( the first one ) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have slight drift in my Elite controller when a game starts: it slowly points the sight up till it hits top height.... does this mean it’s past it’s...     I have slight drift in my Elite controller when a game starts: it slowly points the sight up till it hits top height.... does this mean it’s past it’s best OR can it be sent for repair ?

    If your controller model is 1708 and 1797 (elite v2),

    you can use bluetooth connect the pc / mobile phone.

    1537, 1697, 1698 (elite) is not support bluetooth.

    Hey DavideSisi.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. First make sure you have a controller supporting Bluetooth (Model nr. can be found in the battery compartment).

    Not supporting BT: 1537, 1697 and 1698 (Elite Series 1).

    Supporting BT: 1708 and Elite Series 2.

    Are you able to connect through USB ?

    Yes all the controllers are genuine. I’ve tried 3 1708 models and a 1698 model elite controller. I’m not part of the insider program, not exactly sure what that is. The is version I’m on is 10.0.2261.1836 if that’s what you’re looking for I’ve tried rechargeable batteries and alkaline.

    Hi there!

    Have you gone about re-syncing this controller?

    On the Original XBONE: Press the button on the side of the console's disk tray and the controllers sync button as well and hold the controllers down until it is a steady white light.

    On the S & X, at the bottom of the console the sync button will be there. Please repeat the steps and sync if not already.
