Elite Controller Mapping for PC

I really have a simple question that apparently no one can answer. I just need to know how to map my elite controller to have the 4 back paddles to be able to be entirely new inputs that would be basically adding 4 buttons instead of them registering as
the ABXY buttons. Any ideas?

Xbox one new "mapping" for their controllers, is anyone else having trouble with it?

Do you have an elite controller? Thought the mapping was only available on elite

Hi I have just checked the button mapping for my elite controller and there is the option available to swap sticks and also to swap triggers.

I'm afraid that is simply not possible. The controller still uses the driver for the Xbox 360 one, thus making you unable to map buttons which were not present in the Xbox 360 controller already.

Are you using a regular controller or an Elite controller. You can have two different button mapping profiles on the elite and switch between them with the switch on the controller.

I don't think the triggers can be re-mapped because they are pressure sensitive.

i dont know if the elite controller has a adapter for windows pc (10) try reading this Can the Xbox one elite controller be used on PC?

I have mapped buttons to the paddles with no issues at all, with the new elite controller you can now map TV functions such as volume up and down to the controller
