Elite Controller Issue

Hello,

I purchased an Xbox One Elite Controller about 8 months ago. Within the last few weeks, the grip on the right side of the controller has started peeling off. It isn't too bad yet, but it is annoying and is only going to get worse as time goes on. Is this
something that Microsoft can replace for me? After all, the controller is supposed to be the best out there and it costs a pretty penny.

Elite Controller issue

My track ball attached to my right stick is moving up/down easily and causing slow diagonal movement. The controller is 5 months old. This is ridiculous!

elite controller issue

Make sure when you change the aim preference, that you do it in single player.

In Rockstar titles the aim preferences changes over for both.

The warranty is limited to 90 days so if they can/will repair it then you will be charged for that repair. You can contact support directly to find out what your options are. account.microsoft.com/devices

I've had my white elite controller for over a year now without any issues. I went through two black elite controllers because the grips came off. I haven't had that issue with the white ones. I'm looking forward to the elite 2 controller.

Is there a difference between the Bluetooth on the Elite and the one on the regular Xbox one controllers. My other controllers connect without an issue, but not the Elite.

I would recommend the standard Xbox One controller, I had same issue with my Elite controller. Also check and see if your Elite controller is still under warranty.

Having the Exact same problem. Can even sync the elite controller to the old console with no issue. Seems to be the elite controller/console combo having the issue. Full power down did allow it to resync.

Will follow up if the issue recurs.
