Elite Controller Issue & Servicing

Hi guys,

So here's what's happening. I think my elite controller is broken because I am getting this loud rattle whenever it starts vibrating in a game. I am suspecting one of the vibration motors might have gotten loose of something.

The problem is that, even if the device is still withing warranty, i do not live in any of the countries listed on the "device repair" page so i can't send my device in for a repair.

Does anyone here know any other solution to this problem? Is there an "international" service where i can send this (even if i have to pay for shipping or something), or is there a certified service center who can take care of this?

Unfortunately, if your country isn't listed for being eligible for a repair, then there is nothing that we can do on our end. Your best bet would be to purchase another controller. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced.
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/servicing-elite-controller You will put in a service request
here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.
