elite controller faulty withing 3 months

ive been going round in circles on the site for 3 hours now

the microsoft xbox support is a joke, no way to raise an RMA no way to send a email,

my console is a few years old, its still working and it states out of warranty, dont care

i bought my new elite controller 3 months now, the shoulder pads are broke, cannot claim warranty becuase xbox sopport site needs you to have a console in warranty

bloody joke as my controller was bought separate and now its not working, premium product and i feel as if i got ripped off

no way to contact support so im so pi55ed off

£120 i spent and i cant even claim on warranty because the site is a joke

how else cxan i send a simple email?> or request support, ive seen a bit where u can order parts, but its not for elite models and i dont want to pay, in the uk there is a 1 year warranty on ALL hardware, WTF microsoft! you guys
gonna rob me or what?

My Elite controller left thumb sick floats up and down. I've only had it for about 7 months with very limited use. Microsoft only has a 90 day warranty, for a faulty product which is BS for a $200 controller! Every other company I know of would replace
a defective product and stand by their products, but Microsoft doesn't. Don't buy an elite controller from Microsoft because they produce defective products and will not replace them.

i phoned xbox support, spoke to a guy from the usa texas, i spent 2 hours on the phone to him, game him the serial number for my xbox elite controller, then he said he cant help me and to contact uk services, 2 hours I spent with him.
