Elite controller far from "elite"

Discus and support Elite controller far from "elite" in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; NOT HAPPY. The XBOX One Elite controller cost 150 dollars and boast "stainless steel" parts but apparently still uses the same cheap plastic parts...     Elite controller far from "elite"


    NOT HAPPY. The XBOX One Elite controller cost 150 dollars and boast "stainless steel" parts but apparently still uses the same cheap plastic parts around the joystick as the basic controllers. I got thumb stick drift within less than a year of using this
    controller. Instead of adding a bunch of buttons and stainless steel where it looks cool, they could have just given us a controller with quality materials where it counts that wont wear out just as fast as a basic one. THUMBS DOWN. WAY DOWN. On a side note,
    this controller would be great, 5 stars, if they had only reinforced the parts that are susceptible to wear. I would not buy another one def don't recommend until they address the issue. Cmon XBOX... it's fricken 2017.... people are gaming a lot. We want quality!
    Especially when we are paying $150 for a controller!!

    XBOX ONE ELITE Controller - Not Syncing - Not Connecting

    Brand New 1 day old Elite Xbox One - Controller will not sync.

    Elite controller is updated, it received the latest update.

    Xbox One Elite console received the new update.

    Replaced batteries (Used 8 sets of batteries, Duracells and Energizers)

    Plugged in USB - Works when plugged in, unplug after a few minutes and light just flashes indefinitely and will not sync.

    Tried syncing via sync button on console and controller.

    Power Cycled Console numerous times.

    Unplugged console numerous times.

    FACTORY RESET the Elite Console 5 times.....

    So far this is a total disappointment so far! $500 console and the *** controller won't sync!

    Xbox One elite controller is a rip off

    No issues with the Elite. I used to have issues with the bumpers on the standard controllers losing their click far too quickly. The build quality on the Elite is far superior.

    Does the Elite 2 Controller really only have 90-day warranty?

    Unfortunately elites are far more fragile.

    ive still got day one controllers that work, yet had two elites that broke.

    As far as I know any if the issues on the original elite controllers have been fixed on the elite 2.

    It's worth buying in my opinion!

    I don't see any reason for the controller to lose bluetooth pairing. It has to be fixed.
    Yes, me neither. What really annoys me is that this issue has happened for over a year now with my first purchase of the Elite Series 2 controller last year. Initially I thought this is a feature (albeit a weird one), not a bug. With all the issues related to the Elite controllers reported, they are far from being elite.
