    Ordered an elite series 2 xbox one controller on Sunday, four business days ago. The product is "in-stock" but the order is still pending - why? What is this delay about? Can I get ANY USEFUL INFORMATION as to when I can expect this to ship? Getting help
    on this site with a specific order, beyond the simple info I already know (i.e. status is "pending") is simply looking impossible. Keep getting re-directed between the same ******* support pages and about to lose my mind. Please let me know how I can get some
    attention on this delayed order.

    Another problem: there's no "category" for MS Store help - why is MS so bad at this support thing?!?! this is 2020.

    Got an email today, the controller I ordered on April 5th has just shipped. Happy news, hope y’all get your stuff soon! Although there were communication issues, I’m just grateful they’re still able to deliver. Thanks for all the replies, been great getting
    some perspective and knowing it wasn’t just an issue w my order.

    A lot of shipping is delayed due to the situation of the world right now. For example Amazon Prime shipping in Canada is 2 days but now it's 10 days guaranteed. I'm assuming Microsoft is experiencing shipping delays just like everywhere else.

    That’s absolutely true, in no way do I assign this a “high priority”, it just seems like a company such as MS can at least communicate about delays, don’t really think its too much to ask. Just expect more information, not a quickly-delivered product.

    Easy to get fixated on small things during this crazy time - I apologize, this isn't a big deal, and I appreciate all the people working to keep things moving. Sorry for the lack of compassion in my OP, I'll practice some patience and stop being a jerk.
    Actually there is a delay. I ordered mine on April 1st and i just them this morning to receive a tracking number since it now shows that its in transit. Microsoft told me that there is a delay due to the COVID-19 and
    that I should have it delivered by May 5th even though it shows on my account it should be delivered by April 22nd.
