    Hi

    It is not possible to purchase bumpers for the elite controller directly from Microsoft, If the bumpers of your elite controller require replacing the controller would need to be sent to
    Microsoft repair centre for this.

    Hi,

    if they are broken you always got your warranty, you can go back to the store where you bought your Xbox one Elite controller.

    I think that the controller is durable and shouldt be easy broken.

    The Warranty process is very long and drawn out. I have gone through 3 now that have all broken left bumpers with minimal use. I originally tried to return to where I got it but was told to go through Microsoft. I had to pay to ship it to their repair center
    and they would not send a new one until they got it and reviewed it. They need to admit there is a defect and fix it. I am very disappointed with the controller.

    XBox Elite controller bumper issues

    The bumpers on my launch day Series 1 Elite Controller finally broke a few months ago. Was disappointed that an otherwise perfectly functioning controller (never had the grip issue with mine) was rendered useless because of the poor design of the bumpers.
    All the development that went into the Elite and no effort was made to improve this inherent weakness in all Xbox One controllers. I repaired it myself with a replacement bumper from ebay. Never had bumper issues with any of my 360 controllers.

    Xbox One elite controller is a rip off

    No issues with the Elite. I used to have issues with the bumpers on the standard controllers losing their click far too quickly. The build quality on the Elite is far superior.
